What is coaching and how does it work?
For me, Coaching is a systemic-integrative process that creates space for reflection, clarity, and personal growth. Unlike Breathwork, we work here primarily through conversation — mindfully, with structure, and on equal footing. I support you in recognizing inner connections, understanding recurring patterns, and developing your own solutions. This is not about quick answers, but about a sustainable inner alignment. Coaching can take place in person in Berlin or online if that suits you better.

Structure of a Coaching Session (90min)
Each session offers you a safe space in which you can look at your topics calmly and develop new perspectives.
Check-in (15min)
At the beginning, we take time to focus on your current concern.
Together, we explore what is present for you and which area of your life is asking for attention and clarity.
Coaching (60min)
In my coachings, I work with a resource-oriented and systemic-integrative approach.
This means we look at you within the context of your entire life — including your experiences, relationships, and inner patterns — while also integrating thoughts, emotions, and the body.
In this way, a space is created for clarity, self-understanding, and new, aligned paths.
Integration (15min)
At the end of the session, we reflect together on what has emerged and explore how you can integrate it into your daily life in a practical way.
This allows for lasting and meaningful change in your life.

Through personal crises and challenging phases, in which I engaged deeply with myself and was supported therapeutically, a strong interest in inner growth and healing processes emerged within me.

Questions about Life Coaching
Yes, coaching sessions can take place both online and in person in Berlin.
If you would like to integrate Breathwork or a Sound Bath into the process, these sessions take place exclusively in person. In that case, we can, for example, combine online coaching support with individual in-person appointments or a more intensive retreat day.
The time frame can be designed individually — depending on what feels aligned for you and your topic.
The recommended minimum duration for a coaching journey is 4 weeks with one session per week. However, I often recommend a period of 8 to 12 weeks or longer, because sustainable change takes time. In my experience, when we give ourselves a little more space, topics can often be understood more deeply and integrated for the long term.
The mind plays an important role in coaching — and at the same time, we also include the body, emotions, and intuition in the process.
Many inner topics involve several levels of our being. That is why I work holistically: thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and inner impulses are all equally welcome. This often creates a deeper clarity and more sustainable change.
That is completely okay and more common than many people think.
In coaching, we can work precisely with that and gradually develop a more refined awareness of your body and emotions. This connection can be strengthened over time — much like a muscle.
What matters is that the process feels safe and aligned for you.

Emotions are welcome in coaching — they are often an important part of the process.
When feelings such as sadness, anger, or uncertainty arise, it often shows that we have arrived at an important point.
I hold a calm and safe space in which everything that wants to emerge is welcome.
